CARBON SEARCH AND RESCUE

Carbon Search And Rescue is a certified land-based volunteer search and rescue organization serving North-Eastern Pennsylvania. We are capable of coordinating and conducting search and rescue response efforts, including in urban and wilderness areas for human victims and human remains. We have the ability to locate, assess, medically stabilize, and evacuate victims.
